La habitación nuestro que era superior estaba bien de tamaño con un baño grande y bien iluminado. La ubicación excepcional Del personal del front desk hay que resaltar a Sophie excelente muy colaboradora que nos hizo el trámite para ingresar con con coche en París por el tema contaminación
Los colchones erna malos y el desayuno muy caro 19 euros. Por la mitad de ello se desayuna a menos de una cuadra

Troyes ciudad medieval para pasear. Hotel y parking en el centro muy comodo.
La ubicación excepcional. Moderno por dentro y limpio.
Una terraza que da a un patio interior, con aparato de aire acondicionado al lado mismo y olor a comida de los restaurantes que rodean al hotel , no lo puedo entender.

Horroroso. El hotel más sucio que uno se pueda imaginar.
Nada. Fue un desastre absoluto. Nos dieron unas habitaciones sucias, sábanas con manchas de haber sido pisadas, MOHO EN EL ARMARIO, Luces que no funcionaban o estaban rotas, manchas en la moqueta. El baño viejo, con azulejos rotos, lavabo con manchas de viejo, puertas sucias por no haber sido limpiadas en años. Telarañas colgando de las esquinas.
Que la habitación esté antiguada porque van renovando lentamente lo puedo entender. Que esté sucia y dejada y lo den en un hotel supuestamente de 4 estrellas es inadmisible. Pagamos antes de verla porque confiamos en als Fotos expuestas. La noche espantosa, con el ruido continuado de unos motores de ventilación. Nos sentimos estafados.
